We currently bought a vehicle for our daughter from Jason in Sales who was also sold us another vehicle for our other daughter. Pritchard's Lake was so helpful when my son's truck broke down in Clear Lake. The service department was extremely helpful and understanding during this stressful time for me, as I live in Michigan. Ultimately it came to the fact the truck was no longer salvageable, which was a sad moment, as this truck was a gift from my deceased father to my son. I had to make the decision to "give up" on repairs and buy a new vehicle. The service department put me in contact with salesman Blake. Blake was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made our purchasing experience seamless and stress free. Blake was understanding and thorough as he worked with us. I hope I don't need a new vehicle for many years but if I do, I'm definitely coming came to Pritchard's and having Blake assist me.

Awesome customer service! I first tried to get into the dealership in Mason City which was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Totally different experience here at Pritchard. Got me in quick and diagnosed the problem with my truck as they did my oil change. Very helpful and professional.

I have been shopping and looking for a new vehcile for sometime, wanting to replace my 2015 Ford Escape. I was introduce to Blake True after discussing some vehicles that I was interested in. He was awesome! I told him the different options I was thinking of and what I was torn between. He showed me several different vehicles and we test drove them. He actually knew everything about them, all the specs, what they were equipped with, which ones had certain features and which ones didn't. He never had to pause too look anything up, and never said "I don’t know, we can check that out or Look it up".. (like other salesmen I've dealt with said!).. He knows his product! He showed me how to operate all the new Tech stuff that I was not familiar with. So refreshing! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions, concerns, and indecisiveness. My husband and I purchased a Ford Edge from this location. And let me tell you, the experience was outstanding. Kristi and Angie were amazing to work with, they were down to earth, relatable and all around helpful in every way possible. We had never owned such a high tech vehicle and Kristi sat down with me and ran through every feature the car had and I appreciated that more than she could ever imagine.
