She was consistent in the information she provided, and the follow-up; in addition to her communication, was superb! Questions asked were received with answers. Honest answers. She was exceptionally professional in demeanor while still managing to sprinkle in some kind and playful banter throughout the process. I traded in a 2016 Equinox for a 2024 equinox with just under 11,000 miles. Working thru the process with Justin was fantastic! No hard sell at all-just important information about the purchase. We spent a lot of the time talking sports and family, just a good down to earth guy! When I moved to the finance side to sign some papers-I found Jason to be just as down to earth. I really enjoyed visiting with him the few minutes we were together! I couldn't recommend Pritchards enough! I got a great deal-a sweet new SUV- and dealt with some fantastic people!!

We currently bought a vehicle for our daughter from Jason in Sales who was also sold us another vehicle for our other daughter. Sales people make the sale easy and explain all the documents and answer any questions we had. Recommend Pritchard's Auto if you are looking for a vehicle.

I have purchased three vehicles from them. The recent purchase was a work truck that was a challenge to locate. They understood my request and needs and located a truck that meet my requirements. Once they had it one site I picked it up and the whole paperwork process was less than 15 minutes. Very pleased with process.
