I found out there was alot of fluids to be replaced so Ryan kept my pickup till the right parts came from GM & then rescheduled promptly the good thing is it runs.

Was told while I checked in that tires should be rotated. Said that they recommend rotated at every oil change. While I was paying for oil change he had a piece of paper with services at 30,000 that needed to be done. I had all but one of those services done. Before your services advisors recommended those things. Then need to check the service history on the car they are checking out or ask the person that owns it. Ask far as tire rotation. It didn't need to be done. I feel that being woman you just thought I was dumb and would or you just wanted me to spend more money at your service department.
